For the seventh year, we are offering a spring salad CSA, bringing our members fresh salad greens at the earliest possible time.

Each week’s share will contain up to a pound of fresh, delicious certified organic salad greens. We’ll start early with our hoophouse spinach, then add in lettuces, Asian greens, kale, and others as the spring progresses, grown both within and outside the hoophouses. We think you will find our salad greens are among the best you’ve ever tasted.

When:
We aim to start in the last week of February, and run for 14 weeks, until early June. The exact start date will depend on how winter treats us.
